Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of hand-painted art pieces,returns and exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.
However, in cases of damage during shipping, wrong delivery, or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival with photos.

Damage and Stain Handling
If damage or stains on the artwork are confirmed, please send photos and details within 7 days of product arrival.
After confirming the situation, we will respond with exchange or refund.
However, the artworks sold on this site are individually hand-painted art pieces by the Miyashi artist.
Due to their nature,brush strokes, color irregularities, and texture differences arising during the production process are not defects but characteristics of the artwork.
Also, colors may differ from actual due to customer monitor settings, which is not a reason for return.
Cancellations
・Cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted.
・For bank transfers, cancellations are possible if contacted before payment.
・Cancellations after production has started are not allowed.
Regarding Customs Duties and Import Taxes for International Shipping
When shipping overseas, customs duties, import consumption tax (VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees may be charged by the receiving country's customs.

For bank transfers, if payment is not confirmed within 7 days after ordering, the order will be treated as canceled.
